Tyler Perry’c glamorous former property is on the market. The chic chateau, featured in his 2005 hit film Diary of a Mad Black Woman, is available for $4M and will likely be up for auction soon. He sold the 16,000 sq ft Atlanta-area residence for $2,190,000 in 2018.
