Zoe Saldana has finally offloaded her Beverly Hills property after trying to sell it for over a year. The Avatar actress sold the 5-br 7-bath mansion for $10M after slashing over $5M off the original asking price. She initially listed the 6,400 sq ft property in September 2023 for $16.5M.
