Joel Madden and wife Nicole Richie have finally offloaded their Beverly Hills mansion. The celebrity couple’s Parisian-style abode spent almost a year on the market and found a buyer after an over $2M price cut. Joel and Nicole bought the 5-br 6.5-bath in 2021 for $10.5M. They put the property back on the market three years later for $12.95M, and was sold for $10.18M.
