Rihanna may soon be adding the title of landlord to her already impressive resume.
According to Dirt, the nine-time GRAMMY winner has listed one of her homes for rent – a 7,600-square-foot five-bedroom and seven-bathroom estate that she’d just purchased earlier this year.
Rih’s $13.8 Million property is located near the Coldwater Canyon in the Beverly Hills Post Office area and boasts an open plan interior with white walls, parquet hardwood floors, lots of marble and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors to take in the scenic mountain views. It also features amenities like a central courtyard, pool and spa, a bar, fire pit lounge, private gym, and a media room. The property also includes a detached two-car garage and a guesthouse.
The home was originally built in the 1930s, but has been mostly demolished and rebuilt by its previous owner, tech entrepreneur Daniel Starr.
It seems the Fenty founder has been slowly growing her real-estate portfolio, adding to her already diverse collection of homes – like a condo in L.A.’s Wilshire Corridor, a Century City penthouse, a mansion in Hollywood Hills and a vacation home in Barbados.
According to The Real Deal, just weeks after purchasing her Coldwater Canyon property, she also bought the one right next to it for $10 Million – a Tudor-style home coming in at around 3,500-square-feet that also features a massive pool.
And, to those wondering how much it would cost to snap up the property and have Rih as their landlord, $80,000/month will do the trick.
