Rosamund Pike isn’t sure how many times her photos on posters have been altered, but she does remember a few instances – and she’s speaking out.

Earlier this week, the I Care A Lot star sat down with Kelly Clarkson to talk about the times she noticed how her photos were doctored with unapproved alterations.

“For the poster for Johnny English [Reborn], my breasts were augmented,” she recalled, adding with a laugh, “In the poster for the character shot, I’ve got a really impressive chest. Which I don’t have.”

She also recalled one particular alteration that left her puzzled.

“For Radioactive, strangely, they made my eyes brown,” she shared, “I still don’t quite know why.”

She also opened up about how she got introduced to the concept of FaceTuning, which made her more aware about possible changes done to her appearance.

“I was on a flight with this guy, and I took a selfie, and he looked over my shoulder – someone I didn’t know – and he said, ‘Oh, no no, babe, you’ve gotta FaceTune that’. And I said, ‘Sorry, what?” she recalls.

“That was my introduction to the world of FaceTuning,” she added.

Those instances have left her wondering how many times her photos have been altered without her knowledge – or noticing.

“Those are the obvious times, right? When you do notice, ‘Oh, I’ve got brown eyes,’ or, ‘I’ve got massive breasts.’ But there’s probably countless times where our image is doctored and we don’t notice it,” she said. “Because I think we’re all losing our grip on what we really look like.”

Rosamund has previously spoken out about the photoshopping done on her image in the Johnny English Reborn poster – she even recalls asking the studio retract the poster because of it.

“I remember being on a poster for something I objected to, where they sort of enhanced my boobs,” she told The Sunday Times in an interview last year.

“I was, like, that’s not me. It got taken down,” she shared.
