Sam Hunt’s wife, Hannah Lee Fowler, has filed for divorce. She also revealed that she is currently pregnant and due to give birth in May.
Hannah Lee filed for divorce in Williamson County, Tennessee — and she did not hold back in the divorce documents.
The wife of the 37-year-old county star cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason to terminate their five-year marriage. She also accused Sam of “inappropriate marital conduct,” claiming that he is “guilty of adultery.”
TMZ is reporting that “The boilerplate code section Hannah cites reads, ‘The husband is Quilty of such cruel and inhuman treatment or conduct toward the spouse and renders cohabitation unsafe or improper.”
Hannah Lee, 33, listed the date of separation as February 18, which is the same day she filed for divorce. She declared that all hope for a reconciliation have been exhausted.
She is seeking alimony and primary custody of their upcoming baby, as well as child support. More specifically when pertaining to alimony, she is asking for “transitional alimony, rehabilitative alimony, and alimony in future.”
Hannah Lee’s filing comes six months after Sam pled guilty in his 2019 DUI case. The singer has not been spotted wearing his wedding band this year.
Sam and Hannah Lee tied the knot in 2017 after being on-and-off since 2008.
