Sarah Michelle Gellar is calling out Howard Stern over comments he made before about her marriage.
On Thursday (September 1), the 45-year-old Buffy The Vampire Slayer star took to her Instagram Story to share screenshots from an interview her husband Freddie did with the 68-year-old host back in 2001.
During Freddie’s interview then, Howard bet him one million dollars that his relationship with Sarah would not last, telling Freddie:
“So, you will marry Sarah Michelle Gellar even though you know it won’t last?”
Freddie sweetly and resolutely responded:
“Oh, absolutely it will last.”
Howard then went on to insist that Freddie would “be a completely different man” by the time that he reached 35, to which Freddie adorably said:
“”And she will be a completely different woman, but that’s alright.”
On her Story, Sarah said:
“@SternShow, I think you owe us.”
She captioned the post:
“@Sternshow, what do you think?”
On his own Story, Freddie added this with two laughing-crying emojis:
“She will not forget.”
Sarah uploaded an anniversary photo on her Instagram, with this simple and sweet caption:
“20 💫”
