Shailene Woodley is standing up for her man.

The 29-year-old Big Little Lies actress has spoken out in defense of her fiancé, Aaron Rodgers, amidst reports that he broke quarantine to go on a coffee run in Los Angeles after testing positive for the coronavirus.

She posted a Daily Mail story about Aaron supposedly breaking quarantine, and declared:

“Literally y’all need to calm the f—k down. This is straight up HILARIOUS. News outlets STILL grasping at straws to disparage Aaron. Finding random f—king men on the streets of LA and saying it’s him.”

Shailene then proceeded to scrutinize the photos accompanying the article and giving a rundown of her proof that the man in the photos was not Aaron. She stated:

“I know Aaron’s body VERY well. First off, his feet, ahem and no offense to this random dude, are a LOT bigger 🙂

Also, for those of us who know Aaron beyond the worlds of obsessed sport and sh—ty media, it’s no secret he has the hairiest hands on the f—king planet. This oblivious homie, clearly, does not. (Go ahead, zoom in).”

She also took notice of the man’s vehicle, saying:

“Also, cute car dude, but Aaron would never drive this.”

Shailene defending Aaron comes amidst the athlete being under fire for testing positive after having seemingly implying that he was vaccinated by saying he was “immunized.”

He said back in August:

“Yeah I’ve been immunized. There’s guys on the team that haven’t been vaccinated and its a personal decision, not going to judge those guys.”

At the start of November, news broke that Aaron reportedly has COVID-19, and NFL insider Ian Rapport tweeted:

“#Packers QB Aaron Rodgers is unvaccinated, per me and @MikeGarafolo. That’s why he’s out for Sunday vs. the #Chiefs.”

A few days after news broke of his diagnosis and the backlash he received, Aaron appeared on The Pat McAfee show to address the issue:

“I realize I’m in the crosshairs of the woke mob right now.

So before my final nail gets put in my cancel culture casket, I think I would like to set the record straight on so many of the blatant lies that are out there about myself.”

He stated that reporters were “on a witch hunt” to determine who were vaccinated, and said:

“Health is not a one-size-fits-all for everybody, and for me, it involved a lot of study.”

Aaron went on to say that he wished he could make people understand that he is “not an anti-tax flat earther” but a “critical thinker.” He declared that he did research and found out he was allergic to something in the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines and that the side effects of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine scared him off. So he decided to undergo treatment by consulting with “medical professionals.”

He did not elaborate on what those treatments were.

Aaron petitioned for the Packers to “accept my immunization status as under their vaccination protocol” and referred to the slogan “my body, my choice.”
