It’s a wrap!

After 11 seasons, Modern Family finished filming their final episode on Friday (February 21).

It was an emotional day for the cast and the crew – with group hugs, sing-alongs and an epic goodbye shot from their studio parking lot. Sofia Vergara gave fans a sneak peek into what went down on social media.

“What a day!! Saying goodbye to our Modern Family❤️❤️❤️,” Sofia captioned a touching video of the cast and crew coming together to sing Green Day’s “Time Of Your Life” and hugging each other.

They also took pictures around the set, and even got a drone shot of the entire cast and crew standing outside their studio, waving their final goodbye.

“I will never forget this set, this people ,there where only good times,” Sofia wrote on her post, thaking the show and her character.

Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Sarah Hyland, Rico Rodgriguez and Jeremy Maguire also shared photos from around the studio as they bid the show goodbye.

“the last day with my number one lady,” Jesse wrote alongside a photo of him at the wardrobe department.

“11 years. 250 episodes. 1 Modern Family. 💕,” Sarah captioned a photo outside her trailer.

“One final time,” Rico wrote on his.

And even little Joe, brought on the feels with giving people hugs. “Today is the last day of filming on Modern Family. I will be brave and smile even though my heart is crying 😢,” he captioned his post.

Sources say that even the cast’s family were there – Sofia’s hubby Joe Manganiello, as well as Jesse’s hubby, Justin Mikita, and Sarah’s fiancé, Wells Adams.

“Having been together for 11 years, everyone was so emotional,” a production source told Entertainment Tonight. “There were definitely tears on-and-off all day, but especially when we got down to the last scene.”

The cast and crew were also treated to an In-N-Out food truck after filming. And they didn’t go home empty-handed either – the crew members got a Modern Family yearbook with photos of team members throughout the years. “It was such a sweet touch and something we can keep forever,” the source shared.

According to the source, there’s still an official wrap party happening this Saturday (February 29) – for everyone who’s ever been a part of the show in its 11-year history.

Modern Family will air its final episode on April 8.
