Taylor Swift is back on Instagram—and she’s got nothing but love for Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco’s new album!
On Saturday, March 22, after a 100-day social media hiatus, the 14-time Grammy winner finally returned to Instagram to shout out her longtime bestie Gomez and Blanco’s new joint project, I Said I Love You First.
“@selenagomez & @itsbennyblanco I LOVE THIS ALBUM SO MUCH. OH MY GODDDDDDDDDDDD,” Swift, 35, gushed on her Instagram Stories, linking out to the album, which Gomez, 32, and Blanco, 37, officially dropped on March 21.
This marks Swift’s first Instagram post of 2025, and fans couldn’t be happier to see her back—especially to support Gomez, whose relationship with Blanco has been making headlines ever since they went public. Gomez and her music-producer fiancé have been busy promoting I Said I Love You First, and Swift’s name has even come up in the process.
During a March 19 appearance on Spotify’s Countdown To series, Gomez shared a hilariously awkward story about attending one of Swift’s parties with Blanco.
“As a couple, we went to Taylor’s party after some awards show,” Gomez recalled, laughing. “I don’t know, it was kind of cute, but I was mortified. Apparently, cool people don’t show up to parties on time.”
Blanco backed up her story, adding, “We’re the first people at every single party when I go with you. You show up when, like, my mother shows up to a party.”
Then, teasing the fact that their relationship was still under wraps at the time, Blanco added, “No, I thought you were gonna talk about the fact that no one knew we were dating and we were hiding.”
Blanco has been opening up more about his connection to Swift lately, too. During a recent interview on Hot Ones, he admitted that he wasn’t a huge Swiftie—until Gomez changed that.
“Selena got me into Taylor’s music,” he revealed, proving that Gomez’s influence runs deep in both life and love.
With Swift’s stamp of approval on the album and Blanco now fully converted into a Swift fan, this trio’s friendship continues to thrive. And with I Said I Love You First officially out, fans can expect plenty more musical magic from Gomez and Blanco.
