Taylor Swift Drops ‘This Love (Taylor’s Version)’

Taylor Swift has just released a new recording of one of her hit songs!

At midnight on Friday (May 6), the 32-year-old Grammy-winning superstar dropped her latest re-recording, “This Love (Taylor’s Version).” The release marked her second re-recorded song off of her 1989 album.

The full version of “This Love” was released after the track was tasked in the trailer for the upcoming series, The Summer I Turned Pretty. The show is set to be released on June 17 on Amazon Prime Video. 

Taylor took to Instagram to tease the song’s release and to share the trailer for the show. She also thanked Jenny Han, the show’s creator and executive producer and author of the books the show is based on, for featuring the song in the trailer. She wrote:

“Thank you @jennyhan for debuting my version of This Love in the trailer for @thesummeriturnedpretty!! I’ve always been so proud of this song and I’m very 🥺🥺🥺 about this turn of events – This Love (Taylor’s Version) comes out tonight at m i d n i g h t!” 

Fans are now more excited than ever for the re-release of the album 1989’s re-recording!
