A new Sexiest Man Alive has been crowned.
The big reveal happened on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Tuesday (November 17), where the 2020 Sexiest Man Alive first came out wearing a hazmat suit.
Host Jimmy Kimmel had audiences call in and ask yes or no questions to collect clues about his identity. Audiences determined that he (1) works in film, (2) is not an Avenger, (3) isn’t married, (4) doesn’t have a celebrity sibling/parent, (5) has over 5 Million followers on Instagram, as well as ruled out Channing Tatum, Jason Momoa, and any of Taylor Swift’s exes.
Any guesses on who he is? One caller got it right.
2020’s Sexiest Man Alive is Michael B. Jordan!
Michael is the 35th person to receive the honor. John Legend was hailed People’s Sexiest Man Alive last year. In 2018, the title went to Idris Elba, with The Voice judge Blake Shelton, and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson the years before. 2015 saw David Beckham sporting the crown, and thunder rumbled in Thor star Chris Hemsworth’s favor in 2014.
