Coachella has found two new artists to fill the Kanye-sized hole in their headlining acts.
On Wednesday (April 6), the official Instagram account of the highly-anticipated annual music festival revealed the artists who will be joining Billie Eilish and Harry Styles as headliners for this year’s event.
They announced that The Weeknd and Swedish House Mafia would be replacing Kanye West.
An updated image of the event poster was uploaded along with this caption:
“The Party & The After Party.”
Both The Weeknd and Swedish House Mafia shared the exciting news on their own social media accounts by uploading the image.
This news comes at the heels of Kanye pulling out of the music festival. At the time, sources stated:
“Kanye has dropped out of Coachella. The organizers are figuring out who will replace him.”
The 44-year-old GRAMMY-winning artist has yet to publicly address his dropping out as headliner for the festival.
