Gwen Stefani’s got a new bling – and many are speculating it’s a wedding ring!
The past week has been a busy week the bride-to-be Gwen – from celebrating her upcoming nuptials with an intimate bridal shower thrown by her family to maybe actually getting married over the weekend.
On Thursday, Gwen went on Instagram Story to share highlights from her bridal shower.
“I got kidnapped by family to celebrate that I’m getting married!” she said in a video post.
“Feeling loved, feeling blessed,” she wrote in another.
She also shared a sweet gift that she received from her family – a card filled with “something old,” which is a copy of “The Mass on the Day of Marriage” of her parents from June 11, 1966 in Anaheim, California; “something new,” which was the card itself; and a small accessory to represent “something borrowed and something blue.”
“Wishing you all the happiness your heart can hold… today, tomorrow, always,” the card read. “We love you so very much!”
The next day, Gwen shared a photo of herself drinking wine and holding a gift on Instagram. The photo also featured the words “SHE’S GETTING MARRIIIEEEED” on top. She also dropped a bunch of emoji to go with the photo, captioning it, “👰🏼♀️💍🥰.”
When Saturday (June 12) rolled around, Gwen was spotted spending time with Blake and her 7-year-old son Apollo, whom she shares with ex0husband Gavin Rossdale, outdoors.
In photos published by Page Six, the 51-year-old singer was snapped wearing a what looks like a diamond wedding band right alongside her engagement ring.
It’s still unclear whether it actually is a wedding band, but the couple had just gotten back from a trip to
Oklahoma, where Blake has a huge ranch AND where sources say Blake had a chapel built for their wedding.
Blake has also previously revealed that they plan to tie the knot sometime this summer. And it looks like they’ve pretty much ironed out the details for their big day.
In April, Gwen shared that they plan to keep their big day very low-key.
“We’re keeping it very simple. Really simple,” Gwen said during her appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers. “I think the guest list will not have a lot of musicians. It’ll be like my mom and my dad. It’s literally going to be just family. We are looking forward to that, though.”
“It’s going to be fun. We’re going to make it really fun, but it’s not going to be a big [event],” she continued. “It’s not like the queen and king are getting married or something like that.”
And last month, Blake even revealed the song they plan to have their first dance to.
“It’s ‘If You Leave’ from the Pretty In Pink soundtrack,” Blake shared on The Tonight Show Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. “We talked about this. We both love the song. We’re both fans of the ’80s, why not? Don’t you think that would be a great one, though? We’ve literally talked about that.”
