A new comedic duo may have just been discovered.
Timothée Chalamet had his first hosting stint on Saturday Night Live over the weekend, and fans are totally living for his sketches alongside fellow New York native Pete Davidson.
From teaming up to reminisce Christmases in their hometown, to playing Soundcloud rap duo Guaplord and Smokecheddathaassgetta, these two brought on the laughs with their sketches – they even performed part of their ~hit song~ “Yeet.” Then, there’s the bit of the two of them as co-anchors – as well as Jets superfans – in “Sportsmax.”
Fans were totally digging their pairing.
“Okay but @RealChalamet and Pete Davidson carried SNL last night. Literally my two favorite white boys,” one fan tweeted.
Another wrote, “Pete Davidson and Timothee Chalamet being on the same screen together is all I’ll need and more. God bless for SNL.”
“i think it’s very sexy of timothee chalamet and pete davidson to be friends,” another shared.
“the way timothee chalamet had all that screen time with pete davidson….. i am not immune to white boys #snl” one person shared.
Some are even calling for them to star in a film together!
“At this point someone has to cast Pete Davidson and Timothee Chalamet in a movie together. The chemistry between them tonight is palpable,” one fan declared.
One person actually thanked Saturday Night Live for creating “the Pete Davidson and Timothee Chalamet cinematic universe.”
