Travis Scott Purchases Another Brentwood Property

Looks like Travis Scott needs more space – on his property, that is.

Just last month, the “Sicko Mode” rapper dropped $23.5 Million on a hilltop mansion in Los Angeles’ Brentwood neighborhood – the same neighborhood LeBron James and Petra Ecclestone live in, according to Dirt.

Located in semi-remote cul-de-sac and completely invisible from the road, the three-story seven-bedroom home’s architecture evokes “a modern yacht,” with its curvaceous sheetmetal exterior, per the listing. It also features luxe amenities, like a 20-car “auto gallery” a.k.a. garage, a 12-foot “green wall,” a gym, a sauna, a 15-seat theater, and a glass-enclosed, temperature-controlled wine closet.

But it looks like he’s not done buying up Brentwood yet. Dirt reports that Travis spent another $5.8 Million on the property next door – a much humbler single-story four-bedroom from the 1960s built on less than a quarter-acre lot.

It’s believed that he may have bought it for the land, though. The structure was damaged in the Getty fire of October 2019 and the current condition of the home is unknown.

Still unclear when Travis plans to move into his new digs or what he’s planning to do with the $13.5 million Benedict Canyon mansion where he lives – a property he co-owns with Kylie Jenner. She doesn’t live there though. Following their 2019 split, Kylie moved into her $36.5 Million Holmby Hills mansion.

While there are rumors that the two have recently reconciled, Travis’ new properties seem to indicate that they won’t be cohabitating again any time soon.

It’s also important to note that neither Travis nor Kylie have publicly spoken out about the current status of their relationship.
