Vanessa Hudgens has an unusual gift.
The 33-year-old High School Musical actress has revealed a surprising ability that she has — the ability to communicate with ghosts!
In a recent appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show, Vanessa stated:
“I’ve accepted the fact that I see things and I hear things.”
She recounted how she first realized that she had this gift when she was a young child:
“I remember getting ready for school when I was 8 years old, and there was, like, you know those ducks that you pull [the string]? It’s a toy. There was one of those on the dining room table, and I started walking, and it just started going alongside me.
The unknown is scary. But I recently was like, ‘No, this is a gift and something that I have the ability to do, so I’m going to lean into it.’”
She went on to say that she used to suppress this ability of hers, but has since learned to embrace it:
“I kind of shut it down for a while because it’s scary. The unknown is scary. But recently I was like, ‘No, this is a gift and something that I have the ability to do, so I’m going to lean into it.’”
And she added that she now uses a “spirit box” to talk to spirits:
“Something about the electricity that it creates allows spirits to speak through it.”
