Zac Efron is apparently back to being a single man.
Earlier this week, rumors were swirling that Zac and Vanessa Valladares have split after 10 months of dating – but one of Zac’s friends are confirming it.
According to Kyle Sandilands, one of the hosts of Australian radio show The Kyle & Jackie O Show, spilled the tea during a recent episode.
“I can also confirm after speaking with him yesterday,” he said during his radio show. “It’s only recent, but not like yesterday recent. But they’ve gone their separate ways.”
“[There was] no drama, but it’s done,” Kyle added. “He’s back to work. They spent a lot of time with each other when he wasn’t working, then the world comes back and kicks you straight back into reality.”
As for the rumor that Zac was pulling strings to get Vanessa on the controversial Byron Baes series, Kyle says that wasn’t true as well.
Zac and Vanessa first sparked dating rumors in the summer of 2020 – when they were spotted together Down Under. Their romance also sparked speculations that the actor would be moving to Australia for good, especially since he’s spent most of his time there amid the pandemic. The last time they were spotted out together was in January of this year.
Right now though, Zac’s pretty busy filming season 2 of Down To Earth With Zac Efron, which will take him and co-host and co-executive producer Darin Olien all over Australia – they kicked off production in March.
