Zac Efron’s Mission Impossible-inspired parody is winning over fans on social media.

The Baywatch actor has mostly been laying low on social media in the past few months, following reports that he and girlfriend Vanessa Valladares called it quits in April.

After radio silence for most of June, he did return with an Instagram Story to celebrate scoring Daytime Emmy nominations for his Netflix docuseries Down To Earth With Zac Efron.

“Feeling so grateful for these Daytime emmy nominations. So proud of this show and love the entire team behind DTE,” he wrote on Instagram Story.

Last week, he shared a little bit about his upcoming project Firestarter, with a stylized photo of himself shot by Brendan Meadows captioned, “Meet Andy McGee.”

But it looks like he and his brother Dylan are having a bit of fun and enjoying some bonding time with their grandfather.

On Monday (July 12), Zac shared a video on Instagram where he and Dylan jokingly “bust” out their grandpa from his nursing home – all so they could watch the Euro Cup together. He captioned it: “We’re coming grandpa.”

“Time to bust grandpa outta here,” Zac says in the beginning of the video.

With a black mask and a blue cap on, Zac busts out his spy moves to the Mission Impossible theme as he jokingly sneaks into his grandfather’s retirement home.

When he arrives at his grandfather’s room, his grandfather tells him, “Let’s get outta here.”

They stealthily sneak out and drive to the Efron home, where the three of them hung out in the living room to watch the 2021 UEFA European Championship game between Italy and England.

At the end of the clip, Zac declares, “Grandpa’s better at acting than I am.”

Dylan later went on the comments section and explained that their grandfather “just wanted to watch the Euro Cup with the boys.”

This isn’t the first time Zac has posted about his grandfather. He posted a sweet tribute to his grandpa for his 91st birthday.

“Happy 91st Bday to the Original Efron! The man who made it all possible!” he wrote. “After the army-he married my beautiful Grandma Dotty, raised three young Efrons- one of whom is one heck of a guy- my dad.”

So sweet!
