Five years ago, Zedd dropped $16 Million on a contemporary Beverly Hills mansion – and proceeded to jazz it up with a number of cool features – like a miniature Lego nightclub, his very own Skittles vending machine, a recording studio, a fully-equipped gym and a custom soundproof movie theater to name a few.

Now, the GRAMMY-winning DJ is putting the property back on the market. According to the Zillow listing, it’s priced at $26.5 million.

The 11,000 square-foot home highlights a seamless indoor/outdoor living with its high ceilings and walls of glass, and offers breathtaking ocean and mountain views. It sits on a 3.2-acre parcel of land just below Mulholland Drive and there’s also an actual moat to cross before entering the five-bedroom, nine-bathroom home.

Upon entrance through its massive front door, the house opens up to a large atrium that features a co-called “living tree” inside which leads to the living room, modern eat-in kitchen, and an eight-seater dining room.

The back of the home also features a conversation area with fire-pit, an outdoor kitchen right by an al fresco dining area, an infinity-edge pool and spa, and a spectacular roof deck.

The master bedroom takes up the entire second floor of the home, which boasts its own private terrace, linear brick fireplace, two walk-in closets, and a luxe bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub and steam shower. The four guest suites can be found on the ground floor – and three of them open right to the pool area.

The property is surrounded by lushly landscaped grounds, with fruit and vegetable gardens throughout the hillside lot.

Zedd has previously given a tour of his home with Architectural Digest, where he showcased some of his unique rooms – including his sneaker room and Costco room.

No word yet on where Zedd plans to move next. Don’t worry, he won’t be homeless though. He also owns a 3,443-square-foot, four-bedroom contemporary in Hollywood Hills’ Outpost Estates neighborhood, which he bought in 2014 for $3.9 million. He might also be spending much of his time in Las Vegas, where he has a number of residencies running toll 2023.
