Last month, news broke that Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have sold their Encino Home just weeks after buying a waterfront property in Miami. And the buyer of their lavish nine-bedroom home in Encino has recently revealed.

According to Dirt.com, GRAMMY-winning DJ Zedd was the one who scooped up the property from the market for $15.2 Million!

Joe and Sophie bought their Encino home back in 2019 for $14.1 Million and listed it for sale at $16.75 Million in June. While the deal they closed is quite a bit below asking, they still made a $1.1 Million profit.

Sitting on an almost-one acre lot in Royal Oaks, the property is surrounded by exterior fencing and boasts a four-car garage as well as plenty of greenery with landscaped gardens. The property comes protected by a sophisticated security system and the house itself is a 15,000 square-foot contemporary structure with nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms spread across two stories – a number of them with private balconies.

The living space features an open-plan layout with a stone fireplace and a wall of bookcases. Sliding doors that lead outside help facilitate a more seamless indoor/outdoor living and aged wood accents add a warm touch to the contemporary interiors. It also comes with two modern kitchens and a large dining room can easily serve dozens of special guests.

Luxe amenities up the ante on creature comforts inside the home, including a wine cellar, a state-of-the-art home theater, a gym, a hair salon, a putting green, and an office. Outside, there are multiple patios and a large pool located in the backyard. An outdoor projector also makes for a fun movie night under the stars.

There’s also a two-bedroom guest house that’s been tricked out to be quite the party zone – with its aquarium, wood-paneled bar, DJ booth (complete with a fog machine and disco lights!), cigar humidor and kegerator.

Zedd’s latest real-estate buy comes just a few months after he listed his Beverly Hills home for sale. The DJ bought it five years ago for $16 Million, and put it back on the market at a whopping $26.5 Million.

Congrats on your new home, Zedd!
