Big Sean (born: Sean Anderson) recently bid goodbye to his Los Angeles digs. The 33-year-old rapper recently sold his Mulholland Estates property, which he bought in 2017 from Guns N’ Roses’ Slash for $8.7 Million. Less than four years later, the Mediterranean-style home sold for a whopping $11.1 Million, making him a cool $2.4 Million profit!

It may not all be profit though – Big Sean did sink in some serious cash to renovate the place when he first bought it, including enhancing the home’s Feng Shui with brighter interiors and adding in copper rings and stones.

With seven bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms and open living spaces with huge windows, the home boasts almost 11,000 square feet of living space and scenic views of the canyon and the city.

The main level features an all-white living room with a massive fireplace, a formal dining room styled in black and white, a family room, plus an al fresco dining area. It also houses a modern minimalist kitchen with two marble islands from the home’s original design and a more casual dining space. The outer walls are lined with large, minimalist arches fitted with French doors and large windows that open into the space beyond.

The master suite located upstairs comes with its own fireplace situated by a sitting room as well as a private balcony. The walk-in custom dressing room is just off a spacious bathroom, which features a glass-walled shower and a spa tub.

Among the home’s luxe amenities are a private nightclub in the lower level that has its own DJ booth –Big Sean kept the stripper pole from Slash’s days, but says it has been completely sanitized. There’s also a 13-seat movie theater, a library, and a gym. One bedroom has been converted into a recording studio, plus designated areas for an office and staff quarters.

The expansive backyard contains a large, grassy lawn and a saltwater pool with a firepit and a built-in grill nearby, perfect for entertaining. The property also has a rose garden on the premises.

Set in a nearly-half acre lot inside the exclusive gated community of Mulhollan Estates – the neighborhood is also home to other big-name celebs including Christina Aguilera, Vanna White, Kendall Jenner, Paris Hilton, and Marshmello – tall hedges surrounding the property offer plenty of privacy.
