Billie Eilish is not having any of the criticisms about her style.
The 21-year-old “Bad Guy” pop star took to social media to address those who have been calling her a “sellout” for embracing a more feminine sense of style.
She had a very pointed statement for all the haters — and she definitely did not hold back.
Billie took to her Instagram story to share her message in a series of posts. Here’s what she had to say:
“Letter to some comments i be seeing sometimes. I spent the first 5 years of my career getting absolutely OBLITERATED by you fools for being boy ish and dressing how i did & constantly being told i’d be hotter if i acted like a woman.
and now when i feel comfortable enough to wear anything remotely feminine or fitting, i CHANGED and am a sellout.. and ‘what happened to her’ oMg iT’s nOt thE sAmE biLlie she’s just like the rest bla blah… you guys are true idiots LOL i can be BOTH you f-cking bozoz LET WOMEN EXIST!”
She had more to say:
“FUN FACT! did you know that women are multifaceted!!!!!??? shocking right?? believe it or not women can be interseted in multiple things. also that femininity does not equal weakness???!!! omg?! insane right? who knew? and also totally unheard of and insane to want to express yourself differently at different times.”
Billie closed off with this:
“suck my absolute c-ck and balls you women hating ass weirdos.”
