She’s giggling, chilling, and having the time of her life.

Fresh off her big win in her conservatorship case, Britney Spears is soaking up the sun on her tropical island getaway with fiancé Sam Asghari.

The 39-year-old popstar has been sharing photos and videos from their sunny paradise, including a clip of a boat ride where Sam said, “Baby, we bought you an island. We’re pulling to it right now.”

“Aw, you shouldn’t have,” Britney replies, quoting an iconic line from her “Oops! I Did It Again” music video.

The couple could later be heard giggling together.

“Having the time of my life here 😉😉😉😉😉 !!!!!” she captioned the post.

Fans are loving the “Oops!” reference, with many hopping on the comments section to say so.

The couple left for their vacation ahead of Wednesday’s (September 29) court hearing, where the judge ruled to immediately suspend her father, Jamie Spears, as conservator of her estate.

Although Britney did not directly address the legal win, she went on Instagram to share that she was “on Cloud 9,” posting a video of herself flying a small plane.

“On cloud 9 right now 🤩☁️✈️ !!!!” she wrote in the caption. “First time flying a plane and first time in a prop plane ✈️ !!! Geez I was scared 😳 🙄 !!! Pssss bringing the ship 🛳 home, JL … Stay classy beautiful people !!!!”

In her post, which also contained another video which showed her plane flying over a tropical island, Britney also promised her fans, “New pics coming soon 📷😉✨ !!!!”

She’s since shared photos and videos of herself enjoying nature au naturel (though she did cover up parts of the NSFW photos with stickers), including one which she captioned, “A beautiful day here in paradise celebrating 🥳🏝☀️ !!!!!!”

While the popstar didn’t disclose their exact location, she did mention that they were somewhere in the Pacific.

Following Wednesday’s decision, Britney’s dad spoke out, calling the ruling “disappointing” in a statement via his lawyer, Vivian L. Thoreen.

“Mr. Spears loves his daughter Britney unconditionally,” the statement reads. “For 13 years, he has tried to do what is in her best interests, whether as a conservator or her father.”

“This started with agreeing to serve as her conservator when she voluntarily entered into the conservatorship. This included helping her revive her career and re-establish a relationship with her children,” the statement continues. “For anyone who has tried to help a family member dealing with mental health issues, they can appreciate the tremendous amount of daily worry and work this required.”

The statement went on to say that Jamie has been “biting his tongue and not responding to all the false, speculative, and unsubstantiated attacks on him by certain members of the public, media, or more recently, Britney’s own attorney.”

“These facts make the outcome of yesterday’s hearing all the more disappointing, and frankly, a loss for Britney,” the statement says.

Britney is mom to two boys – Jayden James, 15, and Sean Preston, 16 – whom she shares with her ex, Kevin Federline. She recently celebrated their birthdays and wrote a sweet tribute to them on social media, describing them as “extremely Independent little men” who are “very private” and “extremely talented” and declared herself “incredibly blessed” to have her sons in her life.
