It’s been a year since Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz got engaged and the couple just took another big step in their relationship – they just bought their first house together!

David and Victoria Beckham’s eldest son and his lady love recently celebrated the one-year anniversary of their engagement.

“This exact day 1 year ago I asked this gorgeous woman to marry me,” Brooklyn wrote on Instagram on Wednesday, June 23. “She makes me a better person everyday and is my best friend. I can’t imagine my life without you because you continuously make me laugh and smile x happy 1 year baby.”

To which Nicola replied, “I love you so much baby.”

It appears they’re gearing up for married life as well. According to multiple reports the couple also recently jointly purchased a mansion in Beverly Hills, California.

The couple reportedly sank in around $10.5 Million into their new more-than-7,000-square-foot home, which has five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, a luxury kitchen, and features a pool, spa, a bar, a wine cellar.

The home also features an open plan structure and lots of glass doors floor-to-ceiling windows to take advantage of the sweeping views of the Hollywood Hills and Los Angeles. There are other cool amenities, too, like a private yoga room/gym, a dry sauna, a steam room, and a juice bar.

As for privacy, the home is reportedly tucked away in a canyon area.

The home was built just last year – it’s Houston, Texas developer Micah McDonald first house in Beverly Hills and was constructed/designed by Jason and Sonya Powell of the James group. Carl Gambino and Alexander Santaniello of Compass had the listing. Alexa Kort of Rodeo repped the buyers.

So far, Brooklyn and Nicola are yet to speak out about their recent purchase, but congratulations to the happy couple on their beautiful home.
