Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger’s family is growing! The couple are expecting their second child together.
People broke the joyful news of Katherine’s pregnancy, revealing that she and husband Chris will be welcoming their second baby next year. The pair, who got married back in 2019, are parents to daughter Lyla Maria who is 16 months old.
This will be Chris’ third child. He shares a son, nine-year-old Jack, with his ex-wife Anna Faris.
The happy news follows Chris’s recent birthday tribute to Katherine on social media. The 42-year-old actor wrote on Instagram on her 32nd birthday:
“Happy birthday Honey! You are such a wonderful wife, mother, step-mother, and life partner, I simply can’t imagine how lost I’d be without you.
You’re beautiful, tough as nails, reasonable, deeply thoughtful, extraordinarily smart, you’re a complete boss, eternally driven and you communicate like no other.
Thank you for everything.”
Hours after news broke, Katherine was spotted in Los Angeles on a coffee run with her baby bump on display!
Back in April, she spoke to Et about motherhood, saying:
“It’s just such a great experience for me and really exciting as well to be able to see my whole family around my daughter. It’s really awesome, and, you know, as I’ve gotten older, to be able to just see different and new opportunities and really new chapters that are really exciting… this motherhood chapter has just been truly incredible for me and I’ve enjoyed every single minute of it and I just absolutely love it.”
