David Foster and Katharine McPhee have landed themselves some new digs.

According to Dirt.com, the couple purchased a six-bedroom home in Brentwood Park – the same neighborhood where stars like Arnold Schwarzenegger, LeBron James, Gwyneth Paltrow, Tom Brady, and Gisele Bundchen live in. The couple closed a $7.1 Million deal on a property located just North of Sunset Boulevard.

Sitting on a 0.42 acre lot, the two-story home boasts over 4,000 square feet of living space. However, it appears they won’t be moving in just yet. While there is an existing structure, it was originally built almost a century ago. The outlet reports that a building permit to tear down the home has been filed in order to build a bigger place which will feature almost 7,500 square feet of living space, an almost 2,000-square foot basement, plus a three-car garage. The tree-filled backyard could likely see a major update with regards to the pool and other outdoor entertaining spaces.

Their new property is right next door to Tobey Maguire’s ex, Jennifer Meyer’s, home. Other nearby celebrity homes include James Corden’s, Helen Hunt’s, and NBA star Russell Brooks.

The couple, who welcomed their first child together earlier this year, are currently residing in David’s Wilshire Corridor condo. Over the past year, various reports came out that the couple were house hunting in the Montecito area, but it appears Brentwood Park is where it’s at for David and Katharine.
