DJ Khaled has officially left the Mulholland Estate neighborhood.

The DJ and record producer has sold his Los Angeles home for $12.5 million in April and made a sweet $2.6 Million profit in the sale.

Khaled’s former home is a six-bedroom, 10,681 square foot French Chateau-style mansion that sits on a .77 acre property. But he isn’t the home’s only high-profile owner – it used to belong to Robbie Williams, whom he bought it from in 2016.

Located in the guarded and gated community of Mulolland Estate – the neighborhood that’s also home to big-name celebs like Kendall Jenner, Christina Aguilera, Paris Hilton, Big Sean, Vanna White, and talk show host Jenny Jones – the property sits behind wrought iron gates and is surrounded by manicured hedges and trees. And, what chateau would be complete without a grand staircase and glass dome ceiling?

The house features luxe amenities like a grotto-style spa, a swimming pool with a tented cabana, a gym. The attic also houses a two-room guest suite with its own kitchenette.

The master’s bedroom is decked out with its own en suite bathroom that includes a huge bath tub, a private sitting room, a walk-in-closet and an outdoor balcony.

The kitchen is also massive, featuring multiple Viking ranges, a snack bar and a breakfast nook.

While it’s still unclear where his next L.A. digs will be, he and wife Nicole Tuck aren’t exactly homeless – according to Dirt.com, the couple owns a $25.9 million mansion in Miami Beach.
