Taylor Swift recently dropped Fearless (Taylor’s Version) – the re-recording of her 2008 hit album – but fans think she’s already gearing up to re-record the next one.

The folklore songstress is known for hiding clues – a.k.a. Easter eggs – she’s kept fans busily combing through just about every material she’s released over the years. And, in a recent appearance on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, fans are convinced her interview is chockfull of clues about her next project.

Here’s a quick rundown of their convo:

When the host asked if the song “Hey, Stephen” was about him, Tay responded that it wasn’t, because she was just 18 when she wrote the song, and by her calculations, he was “probably about 44 years, 179 days old, give or take seven hours.”

Shockingly specific, right? Stephen certainly thought so, and told Taylor just that. She again responded by pulling out a large board filled with photos of the host plus a photo of a slice of pizza, saying she recently “dug out my old mood board.”

When the host pointed out all the photos of him, she told him, “Don’t flatter yourself. ‘Hey Stephen’ is not about you, any more than my album 1989 is about the year you spent waiting tables in an Italian restaurant in the Northern area of Chicago that, by the way, serves a really incredible slice of pizza.”

She then claimed that the song is about author Stephen King – because calling it “Hey, Stephen” if it was actually about Stephen Colbert would be way too obvious.

“It’s so obvious to call it ‘Hey Stephen,'” she said. “You would call it something more detailed, right? Songwriting is all about the details, so you go, ‘Hey, Stephen, I love you on the TV, and all the stuff you did on The Daily Show, and that time you were on Law & Order, you’re 5’11”, your middle name’s Tyrone. Social security number is 335…”

“Take the feeling that you’re feeling, and just shake it off! Right? But that song is about you,” she added.

Fans believe the mentions of “1989,” “shake it off,” and “New York City” all reference her album 1989 – there’s literally the album title, then the first single from the album is “Shake It Off,” plus NYC could be a nod to “Welcome to New York,” which is also a track on the album – and that these are in fact clues that she’ll be re-recording 1989 next.

Oh, and Taylor also brought up the number 513 a couple of times – which also has fans thinking that she’ll be making a big announcement on May 13.

Keep it here for updates!
