Less than a year since dropping $2.5 Million on a Pacific Palisades property, the Grammy-nominated singer is expanding her real-estate portfolio with a $3.4 Million “ultra-private midcentury dream home” in Encino.
While the house, which is located near the Encino Reservoir, is just a single-story structure, it also comes with designer fittings, a plunge pool, and one thing that’s very important for celebrities – privacy.
