The 24-year-old Hawkeye star just purchased an Encino mansion. The property previously belonged to rocker John Fogerty.
Hailee reportedly shelled out $7,975,000 for the estate. John bought the abode back in 2018 for $6.75M, which means he earned a profit from the sale.
The Encino estate was custom-built in 2016, and boasts of a massive 9,000 square feet of living space. The home has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, and is set on a large lot, with the outdoor space featuring a pool with a water feature, outdoor kitchen, and spa.
Hailee’s new home has an open-concept layout, a moody lounge and wet bar, an all new kitchen, an entertainment wall in the family room, a motorized glass door leading to the outside covered patio, and more.

RELATIONSHIPS
Now, when it comes to relationships, the actress recently opened up about what it is exactly she is looking for. In a new interview with Cosmopolitan, Hailee candidly shared:
“I want a partner who is, first and foremost, loyal and honest but confident in themselves and able to do their thing while I do mine. It’s weird talking about it because it’s been in my head for so long.
A lot of [my new] music is also about taking control and taking ownership of one’s self. But I also think there’s power in claiming what you want, and maybe what you want is not to be alone.”
