Alexandra Daddario and boyfriend Andrew Form are the proud new owners of a 4-bedroom home in one of Los Angeles’ most exclusive neighborhoods: Hancock Park.

The actress and the film producer, who made their romance Instagram official in May, dropped $7.3 Million on a French Mediterranean-style home in one of the neighborhood’s star-studded blocks. And, apparently, that deal was a steal, too.

According to Dirt.com, former owner, TV producer John Wells (creator of shows like Shameless, The West Wing, and E.R.) snapped up the property for $7 Million back in January 2020, and sank in even more for some minor renovations. He actually listed for $7.875 Million in May, which means Alexandra and Andrew got an almost-$600,000 discount!

Alexandra sold her $1.5 Million “starter” home in Hollywood Dell back in December; Andrew’s former digs is a $10 Million mansion in Brentwood, which he shared with ex-wife Jordana Brewster, who bought out his half of the property when their divorce was finalized in June.

Their new place is a 5,306 square-foot home stands on a 0.3 acre lot, surrounded by manicured hedges, formal gardens, stone paths, and comes with fountain set in a courtyard, plus a lap pool, an outdoor lounge area shaded by a massive Sycamore tree, and a two-story guesthouse in the backyard. Adding even more to the “French countryside” vibe are two majestic Italian cypresses and a pair of olive trees right out front.

The home itself showcases a tiled roof and an exterior that fits right in on the hills surrounding France’s Cote d’Azur. While the original structure was built almost a century ago, the home got a major update in recent years, with Tokyo-born interior designer Kazuko Hoshino artfully putting his contemporary spin on the home’s old-world charm.

Paned windows and door surround the house, providing easy access to the grounds and letting plenty of sunlight in. The living room, which is tastefully done in neutral colors, boasts a wood-burning fireplace and limestone-sheathed windows. From there, one can easily enjoy outdoors too, with its garden access and private terrace. The formal dining room also boasts French doors that lead out to a patio set up for al fresco dining.

The kitchen is done up in Euro-chic minimalism, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and Calacatta marble countertops. A breakfast nook in light wood adds a warm rustic charm to the space.

The lavish master suite on the second floor comes with its own fireplace, chandelier, and dual “view terraces,” plus, an en suite marble bathroom and closet with custom built-ins. The couple can also get a workout in at their home gym, located in the guesthouse out back.

Congrats to the couple on their awesome new place!
