Jimmy Fallon is slashing the price of his whimsical Gramercy Park penthouse in Manhattan.

The late-night talk show host and wife Nancy Juvonen originally listed their nearly-5,000-square-foot three-floor apartment in the historic building for sale last winter, asking $15 Million. However, according to American Luxury, the couple recently brought down the price to $12.5 Million.

The six-bedroom, five-bathroom home is the product combining four neighboring units over the course of almost two decades – Jimmy bought the first unit back in 2002, and after he and Nancy got married in 2007, they continued to expand the property to its current iteration.

The home is decorated with plenty of whimsical elements like retro light fixtures and colorful wallpaper. Some of its more unusual highlights include a hidden playroom under the stairs, which comes with a fireplace, monkey bars, secret hatch doors, and a chalkboard wall hidden behind a bookshelf entrance; a “Saloon Room” on the second floor that features a wet bar with an illuminated custom stained-glass shelf plus a separate seating area and is decorated in dark stained wood; and a sound-studio-turned-walk-in-pantry.

The large, eat-in kitchen features a wooden island that doubles as a breakfast bar, and can accommodate up to 14 people. The cozy, colorful interiors also showcase a number of antique finishes, including the hardwood floors and window frames from 1883, which have been restored, and the living room wallpaper which dates back to the 1940s.

The rooms, which are located on the top floor come with recently installed skylights. The main suite also has added comforts like its own fireplace, wet bar, massage bed, and sitting area. It also comes with dual walk-in closets and a lavish en suite bathroom with a steam shower and soaking tub.

Jimmy isn’t the only celebrity to live in Gramercy Park – the building was also home to Wizard Of Oz actress Margaret Hamilton as well as James Cagney.

While Jimmy may be bidding goodbye to his Manhattan outpost, he previously opened up to The Wall Street Journal that he has no plans of leaving New York as yet. He and his family have a house in the suburbs of Sagaponack, New York, which has become their main residence.

“I’m a lifelong New Yorker; you’ll still see me at restaurants, Knicks games and Broadway shows,” the late-night host told the publication. “My job is here, my studio is here and a piece of my heart is here. My life will still revolve around this city.”
