Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have reportedly landed themselves luxurious new digs in sunny Miami, Florida.
The price tag? $11 Million!
The more than 10,000 square-foot home is inspired by the designs of famed architect Frank Lloyd Wright, as evidenced by the many glass walls surrounding the house. With six bedroom, eight-and-a-half bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, a pool, and rich interiors of wood and stone, it’s already got the goods fit for a A-listers. Upping the luxury factor even more is an indoor garden, koi pond, a pool room (the sticks-and-balls kind) with an ornate pool table, and a wine cellar.
Get this: the grand salon, a.k.a. living room, has a 30-foot-high ceiling with a massive chandelier. There’s also a sunny but cozy den outfitted with plush round seating and a dining area with a round table that seats six. And the master suite? It’s got not just one but TWO bathrooms. Then, there’s an indoor-outdoor bar perfect for entertaining. Plus, the waterfront property comes with its own dock right in the backyard!
Joe and Sophie tied the knot in May 2019 at a surprise wedding in Las Vegas, right after the Billboard Music Awards. They later exchanged “I dos” in front of family and friends in a lavish wedding in France. They’ve since become parents, welcoming their daughter Willa last year.
It’s still unclear whether the couple plans to relocate to Miami full-time, however they have listed their nine-bedroom home in Encino, California for sale at $16.75 Million. That was just three months ago and is still to land a buyer.
Rounding out their real-estate portfolio is a $5.4 million three-bedroom loft in New York City. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Joe and Sophie put it up for sale sometime last year, but have since taken it off the market.
