Justin Timberlake is sorry.

The 41-year-old “Cry Me A River” musician went viral on social media after a video of him dancing surfaced on the internet. The video was taken at the Something in the Water music festival in Washington, D.C. over the weekend, showing him as he attempts to do the “Beat Ya Feet” dance.

The footage of Justin spread like wildfire, with many on social media mocking his moves.

Now, the singer is speaking out. Taking to his Instagram Story, he posted a video apologizing for his ‘dance moves’. He began by saying:

“D.C. I want to apologize to you for two reasons: Here and here.”

After flipping the camera and pointing to his feet, Justin went on:

“I had a long talk with both of them individually, and said don’t you ever do that to me again. Maybe it was the khakis…

I’m going to make this up to you. I’m going to focus on these two guys right here and get ‘em right. Love y’all.”

He finished by sharing some fan parodies of his dance, hilariously writing:

“Nailed it!”
