Kanye West is definitely keeping close to the Kardashians – specifically his ex-wife Kim and the four children he shares with her. In fact, the rapper has reportedly just purchased a home that is on the same street as his ex!
The Donda artist is said to have purchased the property for $4.5 million. The Hidden Hills, California abode has five bedrooms and four bathrooms and was purchased just before Christmas on December 20.
A source told People that the deal was made specifically so he could still be close to Kim and their kids. The source dished:
“Kanye’s new house is a teardown. He only bought it for the location. It’s near Kim and the kids.
He has a vision for the house and plans on starting construction ASAP.”
The insider went on to talk about the home being “family-friendly,” stating:
“It will be family-friendly. He wants to be able to have the kids over as much as possible. Living in Malibu was making visits more tricky for Kanye.”
Kanye and Kim share North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2.
The house was built in 1955 and consists of her 3,650 square feet of living space. The property also has a horse stable and a swimming pool.
Kanye’s big purchase comes after his public declaration of wanting to reconcile with Kim.
