Kodak Black has been identified as one of the four individuals who were injured over the weekend at a shooting outside of Justin Bieber’s afterparty.

The incident was said to have occurred outside of a Los Angeles-area restaurant following Justin’s concert Friday night. Reports say that Kodak, real name Bill Kapri, was leaving the party when the shooting took place.

A statement released by the Los Angeles Police Department on Saturday morning said that Wilshire area police officers responded to gunshots that were heard on the 400 block of North La Cienega Boulevard. The time was 2:45am. They reportedly discovered two victims with gunshot wounds when they arrived at the scene.

After an initial investigation, it was revealed that the shooting took place following a “physical altercation between several individuals” outside of The Nice Guy where Justin was hosting an after-party.

The suspect fled after the shooting, according to the LAPD.

Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics then transported two victims, who had non-life threatening injuries, to local hospitals. They later found out the the two others who were injured transported themselves to area hospitals to treat their injuries.

Reportedly, Kodak was leaving the party when someone in his entourage was “jumped by an unidentified assailant.”

According to TMZ, “Kodak threw himself in the mix to help his pal out, apparently swinging on the person in effort to do so.

Our sources say that’s when a gunman opened fire.”
