Now you can get a taste of the Kardashian lifestyle.

Last month, reports came out that Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott were renting a gorgeous 19th century townhouse as their home base in New York City – a six-bedroom eight-bathroom home in Greenwich Village, not far from Washington Square Park.

If you’ve got $26.5 Million to spare, you can now keep up with the Kardashians because the property has been listed for sale!

The historic townhouse has been around since 1839 and was also once home to another celebrity – John Phillips Sousa, the composer of “The Stars and Stripes Forever,” who bought the property way back in 1919.

The six-story building boasts 8,700 square feet of living space, with a 22-feet wide façade. The home has also gotten some updates over the years. Most recently, with owner William Rainero sanctioning a major overhaul, turning it into a luxurious modern home with interiors by Clodagh Design, and an outdoor Viking kitchen by Silvano Marchetto. The home still retains much of the original stone and brick walls though, adding a timeless warmth to the otherwise modern design.

Modern features including a glass staircase, a glass elevator, a wellness space with a glass sauna, a media room, an outdoor hot tub, a wine cellar with an adjoining tasting lounge, and modern fireplaces have been installed. Ceilings run more that 18 feet high throughout the building, and there’s plenty of open spaces within the property – including a 700-square-foot rear garden, a roof deck, with views of the Freedom Tower and Washington Square Park, and terraces.

The master suite takes up the whole fourth floor, and comes with a linear fireplace, a huge dressing room, and a slim terrace. The home also has not one but TWO kitchens, and also has a mezzanine lounge and a basement.

Kylie and Travis, who are expecting their second child together, were in NYC in September to attend Fashion Week events. The rapper also attended the MTV VMAs.

The couple reportedly stayed here during their time in the Big Apple. Now that it’s up for sale, what are the chances that Kylie will add this to her already impressive real-estate portfolio?

Together, they already own at least four multi-million-dollar properties in California – including Kylie’s current $36.5 Million Holmby Hills home – however, it appears they’re still yet to investment in an outpost on the East coast.
