Feeling trapped and embarrassed, Garcia asserts that he was unable to leave the vehicle as it was in motion and they were in an unfamiliar location. He says he felt “embarrassed, mortified, and offended throughout the whole ordeal.”
The distressing incident did not end there, as Garcia alleges that Megan later confronted him about the events of the previous night, warning him not to disclose what he had witnessed.
Subsequently, Garcia claims he faced further humiliation when Megan began fat-shaming him, making derogatory comments about his appearance and eating habits.
