Kendall Jenner celebrated her 25th birthday a little early with a Halloween party on Saturday (October 31).

The pre-birthday bash, which was held in Los Angeles’ 1 Hotel Rooftop, was attended by her family several of the model’s celeb pals – including her younger sister Kylie Jenner, older sister Kim Kardashian, Scott Disick, The Weeknd, Justin and Hailey Bieber, Jaden Smith, Harry Hudson, Winnie Harlow and boyfriend Kyle Kuzma, and Saweetie. Photos from the party posted on social media showed people without masks and weren’t exactly practicing social distancing.

Parties aren’t exactly advised during the pandemic – they are considered super-spreader events. Ariana Grande and Tinashe have spoken out against attending Halloween parties, after the U.S. reported over 100,000 new coronavirus cases in a single day.

People on the internet weren’t exactly happy with Kendall’s Halloween shindig. Her mom, Kris Jenner, has addressed the backlash during an interview on Andy Cohen Live and shared the precautions they took prior to the party, which included the guests being tested days before the party and a rapid test when they arrived.

“So, we are really responsible, and we make sure that everyone in our family and our closest friends are tested religiously. So, you know, we do what we can, we, we try to follow the rules,” Jenner said. “And then if people are, you know, they’re commenting and they’re being critical, I can’t control that.”

However, with all the drama about Kendall’s party, fans began to think Miley Cyrus, who just hung out at home on Halloween, has unfollowed a bunch of celebs who attended the party.

It appears Miley saw the tweet floating around Twitter-verse and directly addressed the speculations.

“Never. Followed. Any. Of. Them. To. Begin. With,” she responded to the tweet, adding, “Let’s stop talkin about who I follow on the damn gram and talk about VOTING!”
