Dylan Sprouse and Barbara Palvin are officially embarking on their biggest chapter yet: parenthood.
The Suite Life alum, 34, and the Victoria’s Secret supermodel, 32, took to social media on Monday, September 28, to announce that they had welcomed their first child—a baby girl—three weeks earlier.
“We took Labor Day literally this year,” Sprouse and Palvin wrote in a whimsical joint Instagram post.
The announcement featured a cozy photograph showing the couple standing side-by-side with their backs to the camera, tenderly holding their newborn daughter between them. In true domestic style, all three wore matching Los Angeles Dodgers jerseys while taking in a baseball game on television. While the couple gave fans a glimpse into their quiet transition to family life, they have yet to publicly share their daughter’s name.
The high-profile pair, who tied the knot in a romantic Hungarian country wedding in July 2023, first revealed they were expecting during the 79th Cannes Film Festival in France in May. Palvin turned heads on the red carpet in a light blue gown showcasing her baby bump alongside Sprouse, who looked dapper in a classic tuxedo.
Later in July, the couple shared the sex of their child on the premiere episode of Sprouse’s podcast, Wildmen, where they discussed their excitement for the upcoming addition.
“Do you want to share?” Palvin asked Sprouse during the recording.
“Yeah, we’ve been calling her principessa,” Sprouse revealed, sharing the sweet Italian term for princess. “But no, we are having a baby girl, which I’m very excited about. I’m excited to be a girl dad, actually.”
With their new arrival settled safely at home, the couple’s playful post has drawn a flood of warm wishes from celebrity friends and fans across the globe.
