Billie Eilish and Jesse Rutherford have broken up.
The 21-year-old “You Should See Me In A Crown” singer and the 31-year-old The Neighborhood star have ended their relationship. A representative for Billie confirmed the news to outlets on Wednesday (May 17).
Billie and Jesse first sparked romance rumors in October of last year when they were seen holding hands. Their relationship garnered backlash and criticism on social media because of their age difference. Jesse is 11 years older than Billie.
Billie’s rep said:
“We can confirm Billie and Jesse did split amicably and remain good friends.”
They also noted that any speculations about cheating is untrue.
The pair were last seen together on the Vanity Fair Oscars party red carpet earlier in the year. Billie recently attended the 2023 Met Gala without Jesse.
