Selena Gomez’s new interview to promote her new documentary My Mind & Me has affected someone who played a significant role in her life.
In her interview with Rolling Stone, Selena stated that Taylor Swift was her only friend in the industry.
Fans definitely took notice of that statement, especially as Francia Raisa, who starred on Grown-ish and How I Met Your Father, donated her kidney to Selena back in 2017 when she badly needed a transplant.
Selena’s quote was highlighted in another outlet’s Instagram. Francia commented on that with one simple word:
“Interesting.”
The comment is now deleted, but fans also quickly picked up on the fact that Francia no longer follows Selena on social media.
Afterwards, Selena seemingly addressed the uproar from fans, saying this:
“Sorry I didn’t mention every person I know.”
