Gigi Hadid’s father is commenting on the rumors that his daughter is now dating Leonardo DiCaprio.
Romance speculations have been making the rounds about Gigi and Leo. The rumor mill is abuzz with talk that the 27-year-old model and 47-year-old Oscar-winning actor are dating. The two have been spotted spending time together and photos have emerged of them looking cozy — they have even allegedly been spotted engaging in a lip lock!
Now, in a new interview, Gig’s father Mohamed Hadid spoke about the rumors and shared his thoughts on Leo.
Speaking to DailyMail.com, Mohamed said:
“I met Mr. DiCaprio in St. Tropez four or five years ago and he is a very nice man.
I liked him.”
He stated that Gigi and Leo have known each other for a while, adding:
“They re friends – they have known each other for some time. I have not spoken to my daughter about Mr. DiCaprio.
I don’t think they are dating – I believe they are just good friends. But I really don’t know.”
Mohamed did not outright dispel the speculations:
“I don’t comment on my daughter’s personal relationships.
I have no say in who she is dating.”
