Hilary Duff has never been afraid to keep it real with her fans, and that honesty now extends to her beauty routine.
The singer and actress is embracing transparency when it comes to cosmetic treatments, revealing that she’s a fan of several popular procedures and has no interest in pretending otherwise. During a recent interview with People, Duff candidly discussed everything from Botox to microneedling while celebrating her new partnership with Bath & Body Works.
The 38-year-old star has signed on as the brand’s ambassador and creative partner for its new Fruit Fusion campaign, but alongside conversations about skincare and fragrance, she also shared a refreshingly straightforward perspective on beauty maintenance.
“I love Botox. I’m obsessed with microneedling and salmon sperm [facials],” Hilary revealed.
Asked about the increasingly popular salmon sperm facial treatment, Duff didn’t hesitate to share her opinion.
She said the procedure works “so well.”
The treatment, which has recently gained traction among celebrities and skincare enthusiasts, is designed to help improve skin texture and stimulate collagen production. While it has become one of the beauty industry’s buzziest trends, Duff’s matter-of-fact attitude toward discussing it stood out just as much as the treatment itself.
Rather than treating cosmetic procedures like a taboo topic, she’s simply adding them to the list of self-care practices she enjoys.
And she’s not the only member of her household who’s become a fan.
Duff revealed that her husband, musician and producer Matthew Koma, has happily joined her in trying one of her favorite skincare treatments.
“He’s obsessed. He loves it,” Hilary said.
The couple, who married in 2019, have become one of entertainment’s most beloved partnerships, often sharing playful glimpses into family life while balancing busy careers.
Together they are raising three daughters—Banks, 7, Mae, 5, and Townes, 2—and frequently give fans an inside look at the joyful chaos of parenting through social media.
Even with three young children at home, Duff has shown no signs of slowing down professionally.
She’s currently on her highly successful Lucky Me Tour, reconnecting with fans across the country and celebrating both her classic hits and newer music.
One of the biggest stops on the tour came recently when she played two sold-out nights at Los Angeles’ Kia Forum, marking one of the most significant performances of the tour so far.
During one of those concerts, Duff paused to speak directly to the audience in an emotional moment that resonated with longtime fans.
Reflecting on her career and the people who have supported her through every chapter, she expressed heartfelt gratitude before continuing the show.
Adding even more excitement for concertgoers, it was recently confirmed that both Forum performances were professionally filmed.
While no official announcement has been made regarding how the footage will be used, the news has fueled speculation that a concert film or live special could be in the works.
If that proves to be the case, it would mark another milestone in what’s already been a busy and successful era for the former Lizzie McGuire star.
Between touring, raising a family, launching major brand partnerships and expanding her business ventures, Duff continues to demonstrate why she’s remained one of Hollywood’s most enduring entertainers.
