Sam Asghari is addressing some big rumors about his split with Britney Spears.
The couple ended their relationship just a few months after their first wedding anniversary. Sam has filed for divorce.
After news broke that the 29-year-old fitness instructor, model, and actor had filed, reports suggested that he was planning to threaten Britney with embarrassing information and details about the 41-year-old pop superstar and their relationship, and that he was planning on contesting their prenuptial agreement.
Now, he is clapping back at the claims.
His rep Brandon Cohen said in a statement:
“There are many claims that Sam is challenging the prenup and threatening to exploit his ex-wife with videos.
However, all these claims are false, as no negative intention has ever been directed towards her and never will be. Sam has always and will always support her.”
