John Mayer is bringing his catalog to the state-of-the-art Las Vegas Sphere for a headlining residency.
The 48-year-old seven-time Grammy winner announced on Monday, September 28, that he will perform six exclusive shows at the venue in April 2027. Unlike traditional concert tours, each night will showcase Mayer performing in three distinct configurations: a solo acoustic/multi-instrumental segment, a full-band arrangement, and a power-trio reunion.

Mayer is intimately familiar with the cutting-edge venue. The upcoming April dates will mark his official debut as a solo headliner utilizing the venue’s immersive 16K LED screen wraparound and beamforming audio tech.
The residency will also benefit charitable causes close to Mayer’s heart. One dollar from every ticket sold will go directly to his Back To You Fund, while select premium ticket packages for each performance will be auctioned off with 100 percent of proceeds supporting the Heart and Armor Foundation, which Mayer founded to advance veterans’ health and wellness.
