After nearly three decades together, Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli are hitting pause on their marriage.

A rep for the couple confirmed to People that the actress and the fashion designer are currently living separately. “They are living apart and taking a break from their marriage. There are no legal proceedings at this time,” the rep stated. While the two are not filing for divorce, the separation marks a significant change in their longtime relationship.

The news came shortly after Lori was spotted dining with a former co-star, sparking speculation about the state of her marriage. Though details remain private, it’s clear the couple is navigating a new chapter.

Lori, 60, and Mossimo, 61, tied the knot in 1997 and went on to welcome two daughters together: Olivia Jade, 26, and Isabella Rose, 27. Both daughters have remained in the public eye, with Olivia, in particular, drawing headlines recently for romance rumors of her own.

Of course, Lori and Mossimo’s marriage has weathered public scrutiny before. The couple was at the center of the 2019 college admissions scandal, where they were accused of paying bribes to secure their daughters’ admission to USC. Both pled guilty in 2020, serving brief prison sentences before returning to their lives.

In the years since, Lori has rebuilt her career with roles on the Great American Family channel and even appeared in the final season of HBO’s Curb Your Enthusiasm. Meanwhile, Mossimo has kept a lower profile, focusing on his design career.

Despite their challenges, Lori has previously spoken about how important family has been to her. But after 28 years, it seems both she and Mossimo are taking the time to reassess their relationship.
