Nia Long and Ice Udoka have ended their relationship.
The 51-year-old Friday actress and the 45-year-old former Boston Celtics head coach called it quits after 13 years together. The breakup comes after Ike allegedly had an affair with a female staffer within the team’s organization.
A source confirmed the split to outlets on Tuesday (December 6), telling People:
“The situation is unfortunate and painful, but Mia is focusing on her children and rebuilding her life.”
A rep for Nia likewise confirmed that the couple are “no longer together but remain fully committed to co-parenting their son [Kez].”
Days prior to news of the split breaking out, Mia spoke in an interview about the alleged affair and how the organization handled the investigation. She also opened up about its impact on her family.
Nia and Ime had been engaged since 2015. They share one child together, 11-year-old Kez.
