Nicholas Braun, known for his Emmy-nominated role in Succession, is facing strict court orders after a recent DUI arrest.
The 37-year-old actor was arrested in late August in New Hampshire and charged with misdemeanor DUI Impairment and Operating Without Lights. According to People, Braun entered a plea of not guilty on Friday, September 12. His scheduled arraignment for September 16 has been canceled.
Court documents outline his bail conditions, requiring him to avoid “any use of alcohol, and use of any narcotic drug or controlled substance.”
A trial is expected in January 2026. Meanwhile, Braun’s new film Splitsville, co-starring Dakota Johnson, recently hit theaters.
The case is still unfolding, but for now Braun will have to stay completely sober while awaiting his day in court.
